What year is your truck.

The FMS injectors will give you an overall smother
running motor with a little better mid and top end
performance

Better gas milage.

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_SetsDODGE.asp

Bruce is a great guy to deal with at Fivomotorsports

depending on the year of your truck 19 or 21 pound

The stock injectors have 1 hole and cost $80 to
$120 each.

The FMS you can get all 6 for under $200
design 2 4 hole spray
design 3 6 hole spray

They are also matched within 2%

Better atomization

Your 02 should have the red or pinkish injectors
and you would need the 21 pound, If you call
or email Bruce he will know exactly what you
need, and he will ship them fast.

The easiest way I have found is to get a new TB
gasket and remove the throttle body, the fuel
rail on the cable bracket side will not lift high enough
to get the injectors out.

Just do 1 side at a time, you need to remove the
bolts that hold down the rails and than just wiggle
& turn each injector and pull up, sometimes there
stuck good.

Pull the hole rail with all the injectors as 1 piece
than just remove the clips and pull them out of
the rails and change them 1 at a time. That way
you can compare height and be sure you have
the clip in the right location.

Put a little oil on the o rings and line them up
and just push them in, When you tighten the
rail back down it will push them in all the way

Hook the wires back up put the TB back on
and start the truck. let it idle for about 5 min
to trim the injectors for idle and than it will
take a few hundred miles for the system to
learn the new injectors.

Be sure you can read the cyl #'s on the wires so
you plug them back in right or mark them with
some masking tape.

would there be any advantage for me going from the 19lb injectors to a 21lb?

Going to the 21 lb injectors on 92 to 99 it would
run to rich the stock injectors are only 15 lb
and 19 is an upgrade for this system.

00 and up they went to 21 and are set up to run
the bigger injectors.

Yes the 6 hole would be a little better, When I
bought my 19#fms for my truck Bruce did not have
the 6 hole with the rect plug for my truck.

I am running the 19# and I am stroked and ported
and there is no lack of fuel whatsoever

I am going to go to the 6 hole when I get around
to it, but it runs so good right now I don't
even want to touch it and am getting an average
of 22 mpg right now

The FMS are the only replacement injectors we
install at the shop and a great price.
