why would anyone even bother measuring what
they can do in a 1/4
granted there are fast daks out there
i have a 1970 vw in my garage that does 12's
i use my dak to get it to the track
i love my truck but its not for racing
its for getting my race car to the track

Hey Greg,
Done racing for the season,Did ya figure out what
to do about the timing.
I got that holley system but it would only do fuel
in the software it said the timing was changed but
no change to actual timing
If dodgegirl only knew 14.4@97 and dodgeboy's
truck is a lot faster than mine

16s aren't hard out of a v-6. and if you use your truck for towing then good for you. we don't. we race ours. 15.4 with a supercharger in the mail.

"16s aren't hard out of a v-6" I have NEVER broke sixteens in my Dak. I wish i coulda ran a 16.30, but I had terrible traction problems and couldn't.(ended up runnin 17.0)

I havent done anything with the timing yet, not too concerend about it really since I would just have to pull it back out with the nitrous. The apexi is working well on the fuel side and I will be getting on the dyno with it sometime this winter after I finish up the m1 style manifold and new cam. What holley system are you using?

That was the holley system they were experimenting
with and let me be the test dummy.
I shipped it back they are going to see why I could
not change timing, I tried to pull out 1 to 2 degree's
at 2500 where I had some ping and ad 2 at 3500
but nothing happened but on the software on my laptop
it was saying it changed so I added 10 across the board
and still no change to actual timing.
One of these days I am going to try the SMT6 they
are working on the V8's very well
Tell me about this M1 and are you getting a custom grind
cam Sam is selling them now anything you want.
Have 8,000 on the stroker running very well last
milage on the highway was 22.36 unreal in a 4X4
with 3.91 gears

I came across a very rare m1 4bbl manifold for the magnum v6. It has a mopar part number on it, but searching all my sources for that part number comes up with nothing. We were not ever able to quite figure out where it came from. Right now fazdak from this board has it in his garage. When ever I get off my ass and go and get it back I'm sending it off to dan arcand (the fastman) to be machined for injector bosses and fuel rail mounts. I'm going to be getting the cam through him as well I beleive. He uses a company called cam motion. Since I allready have a cam core for a regrind it only runs about 130 bucks for the new cam. I'll email you pics of the m1 when I get home tonight.

P4876375 is the mopar part # for a 4bl throttle
body, billit they list for over $700 with all
the sensors included
Sounds like it might be one of the old V6 4bl
manifolds

I wanted to know if in fact 15.4 was the result you would see with just a supercharger. I hate it when people catch an attitude on this site. This is the only dakota site where I see that. I have a na v6 and was asking a valid question. If I knew I would have been ridiculed for my question I would have kept it to myself. Intense was the only MAN who didnt reply in a rude manner, and I appreciate that.
