I don't even know why he tried. As it is, the ones I have raced with the V6 just barely pulled ahead of me at the worst. This guy had a trailer on his Sonoma, and he revved his engine at me while we're on the line. A kill is a kill, but there just wasn't much fun to this one. *ROTFLOL*

Although I should point out that this morning on the way to work, I easily pounded a Ford Ranger (one of the 3.0 V6 type). That made up for it. :)

I smoked a focus and I had a 14' trailer and 4 wheel drive. Course i had a 8 cylinder. Is that cheating?

Okay, NOW I feel MUCH better. I stomped both a V6 S-10 AND a Ford V6 on the way home. Had to work a bit for it (we know they have somewhat decent engines) but I did it. No trailers involved whatsoever. :-)

I smoked this dumbass in a V8 Ram a few days ago. It was a rolling start and i didnt even know we were going to race. He just came up from behind me on my left and when his front bumper got to my mirror he punched it with all he had! I was doing like 25 (just shifted into 3rd) at the time b/c I had just had to slow down for a stop light. I think to myself that Im not going to let him get away with that. I downshifted into 2nd and I dusted him! He didnt even know what hit him. I guess he wanted me to prove there was power behind my rumble.

i have old guys trying to race me in their extended cab ford f-150s all the time...it starts to get annoying after a bit....there's a couple of lightnings around here and i am trying to see if one will race me....i might lose, but if i win i can tell everyone on this board that i beat a Lightning!
just the other day some dumb@ss in a jacked up Z71 thought he would race me off of a light (his 33" tires don't go off the line as well as my hoosier quick time pro!). I decided to go for it and lit up the torque convertor before the light changed and then flew past him!....then i decided to slow down and when he caught up i floored it again and hit the juice this time...bye bye Z71! man that was fun!;)
