my stick on my stick shift feels like its coming lose like its wanting to un screw from the gear box where the rubber covers up..does any body know whats going on??has this happened to any of you..please help!!

It doesn't screw in, it just sits down there and there is a spring loaded cover that locks down and holds it in place.
One possibility is that the nylon sleeves on the shift forks are worn down making the shifter feel loose.

do i have to get that fixed right away before it totaly screws something up or can it wait for a while..

Actually I think it does screw on. Push the rubber boot down and check to see is it does. It should take a 3/4" wrench to tighten it back up. There is about a 6-8" stub off of the tranny that the shift lever screws on to.
