 Subject: truck sat

I had surgery a couple months ago, as a result i couldnt drive until now. So my truck has sat for the past 4 months. I've had it out on the farm but not on the road. Is there anything i need to do to help get it out on the road. Its an 87 4x4 v6. The oil is 1500 out, and the differentials and body greaseing is due. Just wonder what to do to prevent something from goin wrong. thanks

It should be fine, i let my Ford sit all winter (about 4-5 months) and in the spring i change the oil, start it up and go. Put some fresh gas in a take it for a drive and it should be fine.
