ive got a 96 dakota with the 3.9 v-6. and the brakes are drivin me nuts. when the brakes are wet,(like after a good rain or even a heavy dew),when i put on the brakes for the first few times they lock up or grab badly. i have no indicator light on or any reason to believe the antilock system isnt working. why is this doin this? also right after i replaced the front brake pads and had the rotors turned down, i had no brake noise. but now theres a low pitched groan and vibration coming from them that i can feel in the steering wheel along with a bad shuddering in the front end between 20 - 40 mph...........help

welcome to the crappy world of bad rotors!!!buy good quality rotors turning only solves the problems for a short time...for some stupid reason my 93 rotors went at 15k..bought really good rotors and haven't had a problems since
