The Dakota:
1995 Extended Cab
96,600ish miles
V6 3.9L
Auto Tranny 2WD
Decent interior
Needs new right front tire (its flat)
Bed lining
No rust but few dents (one in the corner of the hood...need to band from other side, sand and stuff)

Wants 4500
KBB.com says 4600 or 4700

My truck was only 2500 when i got it, same this as this truck except for mine is a 5 speed manual and I have one dent on the tailgate). His door seals look great, paint job is great, he has an undercoating on the truck (mine does also, but needs to be redone).

Is he asking too much..he said 'OBO'

I would offer him no more than 4k, if you offer lower he might take it if you show him you have the cash on site.

the KBB price is for one that a mechanic has gone over and fixed all major things that are wrong and all or at least most maintenence has been brought up to date. Unless he can prove the work is done, he is at least 1000 too hi. If he has a bad tire and is dumb enough to not fix it before putting it for sale it is a sure bet that more is wrong with it that you will find out the hard way. Stay away from this one.

I think its a good deal, or at least a lot better than what I got. 1 1/2 yrs ago I bought a 92 extended cab automatic w/119k on it. It had some dents and a dented bumper and was very dirty, but I got it looking good and it runs good too. Oh yeah I traded a 93 Sunbird w/120k which was about to fall apart and $2500 to a Chevy dealership. But they said the truck was for $3900

Hahah,
About 3 weeks ago he dropped the price to $3,300.00. It is still sitting there.

I dont think im gonna buy it, its an automatic, and I dont like autos...i want the control of my truck =D

Also, my tires are better than his, I have a cd player and 2 subs.....and my truck overall feels and seems more powerful than his (he let me test his).

His engine is realllly dirty (turn off to me) and I have put time and cash into my truck. The only thing I want from his truck is the bed. It has the liner on it and has no dents or rust. Mine has issues lol...some rust and some fender work im doing right now (ill get fender flares after I get a paint job to hide it).
