I'm not sure about 92's but it's proably the same as my 1996. It's a returnless fuel system there is no regulator, just a pressure relief valve built into the pump.

Nope
The 92 and 93 trucks had a dual line return style system. Your regulator is on the fuel rail on the drivers side of the truck. It will have a vaccume line running to it.
