ON MY 92 the wiper washer fluid light stays on even tho the reservoir is full, I can disconnect the 2 wire plug and the light goes out. is this sensor replacable or do I have to replace the whole reservoir pump and all?

My 88 would constantly do the same thing. A good wack on top of the sensor would usually unstick it for a while, but it always came back. I figured that the current was too high for the contacts, so they were welding themselves together, thus sticking in the "low fluid" condition. I never bothered to replace mine, figuring it was a design problem and the new one would do the same thing, but I haven't seen many other complaints here, so maybe its fairly rare, and a new sensor would cure it....

I added a transistor to the circuit to lower the current that the contacts had to switch. That cured the problem permanently.
