Last Monday I saw a '93 Dak 2WD 3.9 (Way totalled) being towed into a local body shop, I stopped in and talked with the shop owner he told me the Dak owner was going to sign over the title to cover the towing & recovery fees. He wanted an offer & I told him I would get back in touch with him.
Friday on my way home I saw the Dak again on back of the flatbed heading down the road. I thought "Bummer, Missed out again" Just by chance I stopped in the shop and talked to the owner, He said they were sending the truck down to the Junk yard for the Junker Fee ($75) since he had not heard from me. I made him a much better offer to cover his Towing, Storage & Junker fee. He called the driver who was 1/4 mile from the shop & dropped it off. Whew!
I got a '93 Dak that was doing close to 100MPH when it took out a 6pt Buck, 1 Ditch, 25yds of fence, 2 Fence Posts and 3 Trees before stopping.
Frame is Buckled (Rear Bumper holds back tires off ground) Front Clip is Totaled. Front Upper/Lower arms & steering control is destroyed.
Engine/Tranny not even touched. Excellent Cab condition. Driver door w/Elect windows Untouched.
Pass door has small dent.
PARTS FOR SALE!!!
I have a few parts from a 95-96 that I found in similar situation 3 months ago and:
Used A/C compressor (95-96 model), Alternator, Power Steering pump, Master Cylinder (Entire Assembly), Wiring harness & Stock computer, Complete Plenum for either 92-93 OR 95-96, 2WD Rear End (Complete)unknown gear #'s, Drive shaft (Will post measurement later). Front bench seat. Dashboard (Tan) with Gauges. Driver/Pass window glass. Both outside pieces of rear sliding window (Tinted)& 2 Alum. Alloy style Rims (no tires).
I sold the tranny (A500) for before the wrecker driver even unloaded it!
If anybody needs any other parts or one's listed above e-mail me w/offer & I will find out what shipping charges are.

Well, I finally got the truck stripped down to Twisted metal.
I had to use the Wiring Harness, Deals pending on the Tranny, ECM, Fuel Rails and the TB Assembly. Anybody else need any parts?

i need a front end, anyone know where i can get both fenders, a hood, bumper (and mounts) with a valance, headlight doors, and everything including a radiator core support for somewhat reasonable price>?

no, a yukon stopped in front of me at 40 mph... i just had new front brakes done with high perf calipers and pads/shoes.... locked the front up but the rear didnt do a dang thing...
she had a 3 ton tow hitch on the rear of her truck... and i had a busted motor mount so everything slid forward....
