was just wondering if i get a 318 water pump will it fit my 1988 dak 3.9 v6 premag engine? i hear the two engines are the same except for 2pistons plez help i need to change my water pump soon.

Yes it will so long as you use a 91 or newer pump.

The water pump needs to be a 91 or earlier. Isn't that what you meant to type FazDak? Becouse this is a Pre-Magnum V6

So many flame on here anymore I was ready to gat all defensive.
Yes...as Irritated so nicely pointed out, you need a 91 pump or older.
Hope I didnt steer you wrong.
