Defending him? Not necessarily. This has been discussed numerous times and you morons still bring it up like this is new news and youre the only victim. Businesses tank and often times its due to bankruptcy. People get resolution in the end. His company has a bad reputation with the BBB so what more damage do you think your pissy comments are gonna do?! I dont give 2 sh!ts as to what happens to the guy since he got in over his head and didnt manage a business properly, but end all your sniveling and crying would ya??!!

Badday, give it up it sounds as if you are Bernd, which is what he did to a lot of us, burned us, and are trying to clear yourself so you can come back and try to be a hero again. When his (your) name Bernd D. Ratsch orwhat ever is pronounced it sound like burned the rats. Never trusted him due to the obvious name play. Heck he even argued several times with an alter ego I used on here when he was VERY VERY VERY dead wrong.

well 3 weeks ago when he wanted the parts he said he would send me that decal.
I really could care less but its the point and this had nothing to due with his business or bankrupsy.
He told me he is working at the local dodge garage
now so it will take a while to pay anything back
the man does need to eat and live and does have
children to support.
