88 dak 4wd. started cutting out bad so i replaced the dist. pick up...no change put in a new fuel pump no change getting error code that no input signal to dist? and i noticed that every time the engine misses that a relay on the pass side fender wall cliks its located kinda back behind the computer. what is this? any help will be sincerely appreciated

mine used to die after a coupl'a miles, & i'd haf'ta wait a while before it would start.....
i replaced oodles of sensors 'til an ole boy
had same probs w/ his 88.....told me wasup..
like you said fresh hall effect pick-up in dist,
but try this, fresh temp sensor.... the only
sensor i had'nt replaced.. no more prob for me..
hope this is your cure!
