It appear to have the 1 barrel carb. If I switch manifolds can I use a 90 V6 T/B. This is a California engine but I don't need to worry about smog. All performance suggestions welcomed. Thak you, Mike

If you gonna go thru all the trouble to put a TBI and computer and all the wiring on your carb'd 6 then you really should look into dropping and LA (thats premagnum) V8 into it. Little more work and money but lots more satisfaction.

mopar performance makes a 4 bbl single plane intake for the premagnum V6s...its about $275 though

Looks like to me that part was disco just after 00.
Good luck tryin to find it but some wharehouses may still have it laying around.

it was, all 3.9 pre magnum stuff was disco, but
i just ordered a purple shaft cam for my 3.9,
and it came in, with the old Direct Connection
decals on the box, for those that dont know,
chrysler hasnt called their performance parts
direct connection in over 10 years, but im
planning on ordering the intake
