what is the best set of shocks i can put on my dakota. i always thought rancho was the best, is there anything better. its not going off road but i want a nice ride on the rough roads i have around here.

Never had rancho shocks but I can say that the set of Monroe reflex shocks I recently put on my '98 2wd did wonders for the handling. Not overly impressed with the ride quality yet as they are still pretty stiff...but its a truck and they should loosen up some...
Anyone have any input on soft riding truck shocks?
