I was on my way home today & notice that my ABS & brake light dash warning lights were on. The speedometer isn't workin right either. It stays on zero till you hit about 40 then it starts workin. I had to have some electrical work done to the dash right before X-Mas. Is it possible this is related to that work I had done or does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Appricate any input!!

I had a simiar problem with a 96 when purchased new. I found that the headlight switch was causing the instrument cluster to malfunction. When I went to the dealer for a replacement, the original switch had been superceeded 2-3 times. The new switch fixed the problem.

All of those system lights come on when there's a problem with your ABS. I'd take it to the dealer and have them check and see the trouble codes. There's too much that can be causing the problem to just guess.

Wouldn't want any other!

Took it to the dealer & my service advisor knows me real good told me it was the speed sesnor in the rear diffrential. Spent $40.00 & did it myself & that fixed the problem. So that senasor serves two purposes it's your speed sensor for ur odometer as well as a sensor fot your ABS system.
