 Subject: PIAA Fog light mount brackets

Anyone ever use the PIAA Fog light mount kit '97-'01 Daks??? Part Number is #30280. It says there is supposed to be a predrilled hole in the bumper directly above the hole in the air dam for the lights. Well, there isn't. The "directions" also show the bumper as "C"-channel steel with the opening toward the engine. Do the '02 Daks have different front bumpers on them, or are these mounting brackets and directions full of sh#t, or am I just a dumbass?? It may be a little of all three!!!
