I have 2000 dakota and I recently cleaned my TB and IAC solenoid and it was pretty dirty. I think I may have messed up the solenoid because the idle when starting cold goes up to almost 2000 rpm before settling down to 500 to 600 rpm. Here is the question for all you guys out there with 97 on up 3.9 motors. What is your rpms when first starting the motor after its been sitting for about 12 hours or so?
