i want to do duals with a flow. muffler. what would be loud and sound good a 40 series or 50 series? the guy at the local exhaust shop says that the 40 series doesnt sound good on the V6's, he wants to do the super turbo muffler, but i want somethin louder than that

I have a 40series deltaflow on my V6 and it sounds damn good I'm not running a cat and it is not that loud. Ive heard Daks with a turbo mufflers they dont sound that good.

40 series is louder and gives you slightly better gasmilage than the 50 series. The 50 series is quieter than the 40 series but is still louder than stock. Both give power increase but 40 series gives slightly more power because it is less restrictive.

I run the 40 series in my Dakota with a 2.5" pipe. Anything bigger than that and it is annoying on the freeway.
