 Subject: Front tires

I have a 99 dakota club cab 3.9l and when i turn left or right i get this knock that comes from the right and left tires or near them.I took it to the dealer and they said it was the upper control arms.They fixed that and it still does the same thing.I took it back to them a week later and the guy said he never told me that it would fix the problem.Then why did he fix something if that wasnt the problem is what i would like to know.Does anyone know what could be my problem?I took it to some friends at midas and they said every thing was tight and didnt find anything wrong.
And when i make a right turn it kinda feels like the body of the truck is going to fall off the frame.Any ideas one this one?Any help one these two things would be great.Thanks
