i have a 99 dakota sport V6 with flowmaster exhaust and still running 17 flat in a quarter mile. what else can i do to get better time.

V8 TB conversion, 180 degree t'stat, headers, 3.90:1 gears (APS Precision valve body and/or tq converter if it's an automatic), and a decent cold-air kit.
