I have a 1990 Dakota Sport CC with the measily 3.9 125 HP V6...auto with 3.70 gears.

I know I am so slow...

But how slow is this truck in the quarter mile?
Completely stock.

I have my tissues ready.

Well into the 20's sound a little to slow. I have a 88 with 2.94 and I was a best of 18.6 with just a K&N filter. With the 3.7 (?) gears I'd say low 18 maybe high 17's. But theres' only one way to really find out. Get it to the track.

Get to the track....LOL

With 332,000 KM and a ticky sound coming from the engine.

It would blow up for sure after a full out run.

I do agree it is faster than 20 sec+ ...Likely 19ish.

Anyways was just wondering as my 2003 R/T is on order... I'm sure I will notice a huge difference with that!
