My 97 V6 Dakota needs a coolant temp sensor. I have the part but where does it go? My husband died on Easter so he's no help! I need to put this in before I try to sell the vehicle. Thanks in advance.

Okay...the coolant temp sensor is located on the intake manifold. Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to where it comes out of the engine. Just to the side of the thermostat housing (metal pipe that the radiator hose connects to) there should be a sensor that has a 2 wire harness connected to it. Take the harness off, and remove the sensor (a 13mm deep well socket works great). Installation in reverse.

If it doesn't fit, you're using the wrong hammer!

After reading all these comments I come to the conclusion that there is a lot of small minded people out there, and do not want to believe anyone, and when it comes to Hydrogen it is the cheapest and the safes fuel that you can burn in your car, in more ways then one.

Perhaps the reason people don't believe is not because of being small minded; but because either the info is false or has been presented badly. For example, one poster spoke of splitting hydrogen - that's more like nuclear energy than hydrogen gas science - and a misrepresentation. If you believe in this, perhaps you can explain it better ? Until then, disbelieving that which is not proven is called science - not being small minded. Calling that small minded would be more in the domain of a flim flam artist. As for your claim of hydrogen being the "safes" (sic), I have one word - Hindenburg.
