I usually trash people that want to show off their "mods"..... but yours looks GOOD!!
Well, okay, there is just one little thing. Why make the gas door stand out so much? It's an ugly blemish on a smooth lookin truck.

Very nice looking truck. Needs lowered a couple of inches. What kind of a roll pan do you have? I want a Sir Micheals steel one with the tailgate handle relocator kit. I like the tail ligts. Did you get those european looking ones and paint the silver part or did they come that way? If they came that way, where did you get them? The gas filler cover does look kind of like a blemish.

That is a Sir Michaels steel rollpan. I got it from www.truckperformance.com when they were doing the free shipping. I bought those tail lights from ebay. They are APC Altezza Carbon Fiber. Sorry about the gas cap, but hey, it is what i like. Other than that, thanks for the compliments. I hope to lower it 2"/4" with the western chassis or 2"/3" with the Hotchkis. Still haven't decided.

I lowered mine a total of 4/5 after tires and wheels. Love the look and the way it handles. Did the DJM control arms up front and shackles and hangers in the rear. Lost some turning radius, but love the look and the way it rides. The roll pan is next along with the handle relocator and painting the door handles and mirrors the same color as the truck.

Hey man, where do you live ?? Only reason is that I have seen a truck nearly identical to that one a few times around town. How do you like the taillights ?? This is the first time I've really been able to get a good look at them on a black Dakota.

I would of got a extended cab silver 2001 Dak 3.9L SLT for $13,400 that has 21,xxx miles on it from my dad because, he sold his. but he had to sell it in a hurry to get his newly ordered 03 Ram cummins diesel. I didn't have the extra money to buy the extended cab brand new. So I got my truck.

I know what you mean about lowered trucks, but my bro has a 01 Dak with a 3/5 DJM kit with 18" KMC's on there and it looks sweet. I am gonna lower it 2/3 or 2/4 but haven't made up my mind. I like the "219 series Eagle Alloys."

If I were to lower my truck, I would probably use the Hotchkis 2/3 setup. I think anything lower than that is ugly. But thats just my own opinion. Don't get me wrong though, its just to each his own.
One more thing, where did you get your exhaust done. Never seen it exit out that way. Looks nice.
