What kind of body lift should I get for my 4WD 99 3.9 Dak? How much of a lift should i get to fit 33's on it?

Thanks in advance

A stock Dak 2WD can fit 31x10.50s without lift, since the 4wd is higher anyway you shouldn't need much more than that. I think to get the right amount of clearance you will need at least a 2" lift, might as well get the 3" suspension lift and then go from there. It really all depends on what looks you want as well as the type of off-roading you plan on doing; if you're going to add larger tires or competition-style tires i.e. Super Swampers etc. then get a body lift kit as well. Jack it to the sky and add some step bars to gain entry.

Just my 2 cents but I really like my 6 inch suspension lift. I don't care much for body lifts cuz I think they detract from the overall appearance of the truck but I know some guys really like them so I figure just do what makes you happy. Like I said though, there's nothing like a really good suspension lift cuz it let's you go just about anywhere and a body lift doesn't really do much for you but let you put bigger tires on and that doesn't add much to what you've got now.

If you like the looks of a body and don't go wheel'n much then go for it but if you do some wheel'n and need a little more clearance then invest in the suspension lift. It is well worth the money and it really turns heads.

How do you fit the 31 x 10.50's on there w/o rubbing, I had someone tell me that if I put anything bigger than the p235's i got then it would rub too bad.
