Message: On my 97 Dodge Dakota, when I use 87 and sometimes 89 octane fuel I get a clattering noise when I am first starting out and when I shift into 2nd, and then also when I'm in 5th between 2k and 3k RPM. When I use 93 octane fuel the noise goes away. Someone recommened me to get the fuel injection system flushed and I did but that didn't seem to really help, what should I do?
