well on my 2001 dak that off warrenty over on mileage! after a few mins of driving abs and brake light come on at the same time! changed brake switch and speed sensor on the rear diff and still the lights come after a few mins of drivivg any ideas? there is a couple of abs valves at the front of the hood dont know how to test them! then right beside the valves there looks like some kind of block thats right near the fender havent a clue what it is but its something to do with the abs! any help would be great thanks!!!!

You need to pull the abs codes. Be careful playing with the abs actuator up front, i think they run about $1500 if you kill it, depending on what abs system the truck has.

Just put a stip of electrical tape over the lights so they don't annoy you.....and remember, if everybody else has brakes, what do you need yours for?

You still have regular brakes. It's just your brakes won't pulsate. That's all. But yea, the actuactor is expensive is sh/t... don't mess with it. Just pull the ABS codes.

thanks for the help ! was wondering i can retreive normal engine codes! by doin the turning the key three times to start! i guess there is no way to bring up abs codes?
