 Subject: Fluttering noise from dash

Hi, I'm trying to sort out a few annoying
problems from a used '97 Dakota 4X2 auto
Reg SB sport that I just bought.
One odd thing is that sometimes when I start
the truck I would get this "wo-wo-wo-wo" noise
from the dash area, near the right side of the
radio/cassette. The truck will run but the noise
would seem to get louder and the cycling of
the noise would seem to get faster. The
wheels are usually pointed straight when I
start.
If I turn off the engine and restart immediately
the noise almost always goes away and the
truck is fine from there. It sounds like
something is rubbing but I have no idea what
it could be as I'm new to this thing. Otherwise
I enjoy the truck - quite a new experience for
me.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
