NATE THIBAULT you might have ported vacuum switch
problem too, when it heats up it opens up the egr
and when its broke,, it wont vacuum,,will have poor
performance or chugging after its at temp. i had the
same problem,, thought it was carb, then something
electric, then fuel pump and filter, but it was hard
to find so when you find it buy a few and make sure
theyre the right temperature, i think maybe if you
get a lower temp one , it will get better mileage,
but not sure

ANDREW it was 100% electrical after I replaced the
pick-up coil I never had a problem since.
