Message: New cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. Doesn't stall or cut out. When I put the timing light on, the mark "hovers" unsteady around 10 BTDC, and it idles rough, but does not race or die. Codes are 12 and 34, the latter having to do with an "open or short detected in speed control vacuum or vent solenoid circuits". What components do these point to? Thanks for any help.
