True... True... Well, I just saw that 3.9L Stroker kit that's about to come out. I definately have my eye on that.:)
BTW, You're the guy with the turbo'ed 3.9, right?

I think the fastes you would see our trucks run is maybe 12.5 with lots of money into the engine. If you were to put that same engine in a car you would pull tens but the trucks are too heavy and unaerodynamic. It's nice to see the look on people's faces when you beat there sports car with a truck though.

suprise quite a few v-8s with a fully worked
engine. granted mod for mod it'll never take a
bigger engine but still you'll suprise more than a
few people. i can't wait to see if that price
drops some. if it does then we seriously need to
get a group buy on it

well I jsut bought my 98 short bed v 6 kota and it will get up and go the only set back is when racing other trucks is taht it redlines at 4800 so I can run it around 52-53 and I sometimes have to back off to not blow it up. email me if you guys find out the super charger and sniper kit costs. and the stroker. I put a cold air intake and an advanced timing chip and i can flat otu smoke my buddys 99 ss s10. and my other buddy who thinks his in line 6 ford that can squall its tires a little. I got a tonoue cover so thaqt helps put on aero dynamics

speedtweaks.net sold turbo kits for the Magnums, but their site is down for a while... Drop intensedak39 a line. He turbo'd his 3.9L, I bet he could give some good pointers.

AHHH!!! dont go to that website! its under construction and looks very sick right now.. infact i dont even know what it looks like. There isnt a "turbo kit" for our motors yet. SpeedTweaks can make a custom kit for any application.
My truck is turbocharged. It has a TB0301 turbo off of an old buick regal. Not the best choice but will get (has gotten) 10 psi of boost in my motor. With cutting tools and a welder you would be suprised at what someone can do.
