my muffler is shot, i have a new stocker, what do i need and what do i do to get the new one in, where the old one was...??!?!

Did you take the old one off yourself? If so then you know how to install the new one, using the same bolt holes and bracket places and hangers. If you didn't take the old one off you can go to your local auto store and buy a Dakota book to see how it is done, it is pretty easy.
