You should be able to make an intake off a 5.9L fit with maybe some slight modification. My Airaid intake is off a 5.2L, the extent of the modification was bending one of the supporting arms back half an inch to reach the bolt hole. Not exactly difficult stuff! You can also fabricate your own with materials from Home Depot (gotta love that place)

As for duals? Don't go full duals, the loss of backpressure will hurt your low-end torque. I've got dual -outs- on my truck, meaning it's a single into the muffler, then two 2.5" outs into 3" tips. Directly out the back under the bumper, looks sharp and doesn't sound half bad (Flowmaster 40) from outside. Inside it's a bit droney though, but I've gotten used to it. I'm still running stock exhaust forward of the muffler, from what I've heard running no-cat or a high-flow will increase my upper-end but hurt the lower-end power. Headers, also from what I've heard, don't help much since the stock manifold isn't that bad flow-wise.

Good luck on the rollpan! I haven't looked for one of those. Have you tried truckperformance.com?
