I have seen a couple posts on the Underdrive pulley's and how they work and sometimes noticeable. I just want to know the truth if it is worth the money....

I recently installed the crank under drive pulley, it's the last mod i've done to my engine, For $58.00 delivered to my door i felt pretty good about trying it, must say that i don't notice any obvious seat of the pants gains, but every little bit helps with our V-6's, I did notice a 1mpg increase though.... Only downside for me was a slight loss of charging amps at idle with Air, stereo and lights on, during normal driving it still charges at about 14 amps
Hope this helps with your decision
Gary

for the money you can't go wrong. its a simple mod
to do as well. takes 20 min to do. total cost will
run you around $80: $60 for the pully+shipping,
and then another $20 or so for a new belt. and you
will notice a difference. so its worth it

Cool thanks for the help. Also where can I get this part and should I be looking for a certain brand? Anything will help.

I got the 3 pulley set (can't remember the company, aps or asp or something like that). I noticed a little more power. My only complaint is that the crank pulley is a little warped, if you watch it while the truck is running it wobbles back and forth. I've had it on like that for about 5,000 miles and it hasn't caused any problems so far.

Jon-would that be the March 3 pulley set?
The March set I've seen is billet aluminum and looks real nice.
Do you notice any loss of charge @ idle?

MoPar to Ya!!!

I have the crank only pully, I have heard probs with putting on the alt pully, and the 3 pully system sitting in traffic I have heard caused overheating probs. This is all buy from what I have read on this board.

Up to you as to what set.

I belive jetchip.com makes them also.
