IVE TRIED CONTACTING SPEEDTWEAKS SEVERAL TIME AND ALL I GET IS THE STUPID ANSWERING MACHINE.I LEAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER BUT THEY
STILL DONT CALL ME BACK. I KNOW $152 DOLLARS ISNT MUCH BUT IT IS JUST THE FACT OF THE MATTER.

Wish I knew what to tell ya(or you could tell me)!
I sent Bernd a Holley 52mm TB back the end of June in trade for a smaller APS TB to fit my V6.
After quite a few delays that Bernd could not help(APS TB's were not manufactured right at first)--I'm still waiting.
As of the last email from Bernd my TB is at the shop and ready to ship.
I know your situation is different(orders should take presidence),but, I believe the guy will come through!

I've never met him in person, but I've developed a healthy respect for Bernd and his knowledge through his postings on this board. He always seems willing to help someone out with an answer to a question. So, it's hard for me to not believe that he isn't totally above board and trying hard to keep his customers satisfied.

Still, even with a 2 man operation, it's hard to justify a 5 month wait on an intake, especially when it's been paid for. I recently ordered a rash of parts for my truck, and I was ready to order them from Speedtweaks, but after reading a number of these types of posts, I became skittish, and decided to order them from some other vendors that I knew could deliver on time, even if they were a little more money. I ordered an intake direct from Intense, and received it in 3 days...headers from Truckperformance and received them in 4 days...several orders from Summit, and they all showed up in 2 days. I ordered an F&B TB and Crower RR's from Sam at socaldakotas, and I got them in a timely fashion, too. Crower had left the rocker studs out of my RR's, and Sam had Crower ship those out to me FedEx Saturday delivery! This is the kind of service that it takes for someone to satisfy their customers and stay in business...I hope that Bernd hires some more help if he needs it, before his business is irreparably damaged by accounts of situations like this.

small claims court for $152!!! and for someone who is probably out of state!

it would cost more than that just to take him to court.
