Would this kit be worth the money? for 100 hp? Or would I be better off with a new engine... I would be able to sell some stuff in the kit like the gibson exhaust cuz i already have a flowmaster. So, I'd get some money back there. Has anyone bought this kit or can tell me anything about it? Since I'd be running the supercharger would I be able to run a bigger cam and 1.7 rockers? I think I read somewhere on thw boards that you could if you are using boost... What kind of 1/4 times would I be looking at? Mines a 97 4x4 CC w/ 3.9 gears. But I also have a 3" lift and 33" tires on cuz I off road but I'm thinkin of giving that up b/c supposedly I cant buy new gaesr for my front end according to randys ring and pinion. I was planning on gettin 4.56 ratio to compliment the 33's. If I were to say drop the truck back to stock height and get nice street tiores what 1/4 times would I be looking at with the kit just out of curiosity. Sorry for all the typing..It's just that 4700 bucks is a lot of money and I wanna try and find out as much as I can. Thanks

Your fellow V6er

Tony

I don't know about the street screamer kit, but, I've got to ask ya--how does your Dak perform with the 33's?
Even with 3.90 gears you must have the throttle to the floor alot!?
Was your truck stock with 31's?

MoPar to Ya!!!

"Lightning Killer" package is for the V8's...not the V6's.

That makes more sense Bernd. Come on guys, pay attention to what mods you're discussing and what applications they fit.

On the "Lightning Killer"...look at the mods required to make it "kill" Lightnings. Also keep in mind that it will require the use of an aftermarket fuel controller to get the fuel curve set properly (even the factory or Mopar PCM can't compensate for that much). Split Second is the best (and least expensive) alternative for that engine.
