i have problems with my engine

1. everytime i make a u turn (full steer left or right) my engine dies after removing my feet off the pedal engine shakes and dies.

2. mine has a rough idle sometimes my tach drops below 500 rpm and kicks back to normal (650+ rpm.)

3. slow response when slightly aggressive step on the pedal (but not aggressive as to the floor) my engine shakes before it reacts. like from stop light and go

the dealer replaced my idle air control motor and checked the whole engine and find nothing. they said that this engine dies is normal for 3.9L v6 but i don't think thats true. i went there 4 times to check whats wrong but they still says its normal. i know that there's something wrong with this. its been 4 months since i have this problem.

info: 2002 dodge dakota quadcab, 3.9L v6, 2600 mileage, stock engine, only 5 months old, no codes found.

please help!!!!! need info
