Is this type of conversion possible, to take out the old 3.9l eng. from a 4x4 87 dak, and drop in a new generation 3.9 engine into to it, if so, how much, or should i just look into having the old one rebiult, it runs, and goes "ok" for an 87, but it burns lots of gas, and smokes a little, wanted to pep it up a little, and add some to it, thank ya, once again.........

Here you will see great picks, and lots of stuff he did to his 88, which is the same as ours.

yea, i know bout that site, been to it a couple of times, but i dont belive he put a new gen 3.9 magnum engine it his, that what i want to do to mine, how much would somethin like this cost to have someone do it?
