Anyone know how I can complain to Dodge? My dealer has been waiting for 4 weeks to get rivets in to replace my dash, and each time he says they are coming in, they don't. He blames the Dodge representive and I feel like complaining that accidents with the dash must be a commo-n thing and they must have rivets sitting around somewhere. On top of that, when he does get he rivets, he claims he has about a weeks work left. He has had my truck for almost 8 weeks.

I owned a dodge 2500 standard for 10 years which was purchased new. also have a new intrepide 2000 which We also purchased. When this truck (1500) was purchsed I was expecting some gas milage increases and not loosing it. It is a standard and am getting the same as an automatic. 13 to 17. I believe I should be getting better than this and what can be done with it. With the cost of fuel this should be a priority.

Yours truly
