Yeah, and E-bay doesn't care if it's a scam. They make their fees regardless. Used to be a better auction arena than it is now. Full of scammers lately. Maybe it's easier to scam than strip or hook...woo hoo...Perhaps the good district judge/lawyer will contact the attorney general in the scammer's state instead of hassling Dakota folks. If he exists. The product photos don't. The tax forms from these folks probably don't find their way to the statehouse in April either. LMAO

Ummm, Im pre-law and have never heard of anyone named turnbull being on the supreme court? Is he talking about the US supreme court? lol Prob hired some pay-per-view lawyer lol
Seriously though he cant sue you if you arent making it so that others do not have access to the product. (This would be "soaking up" a dutch auction, bidding several times with different names in order to "buy" all of the products)
In business law the product must be valid in order for any sort of "buyer be ware" clause to come into effect. Since our trucks do not have coolant systems in the intake (WTF LOL) He is obviously engaging in false advertising. If a product/distributor has made false claims the consumer is in no way obligated financially for the product unless the product is proven to work as described (which, this is impossible for him to prove). Basically, i would say that as techgrrl says his lawsuit may backfire on him. In addition to a federal charge of tax fraud and false advertising, he'll prob have to give money back to all the people that have bought this product from him already.
