TB means Throttle Body.. and the differential Ratio should be in your glove box on the diagram thats there.. it will give you the information you need..

Joe is right in the glove box. I thought TB stood for Tough Bitch(after the mod).
Got my TB from a junk yard off of a 98 Ram with 5.9L V8 a throttle cable and TB gasket from Dodge dealer in town.

Takes awhile for the computer to learn new specs after you reset it by remove NEG lead of battery and turning the ignition on for 30sec. Rumour has it that it only takes 200 miles to relearn, I think I got one with a learning disability because it took longer than that for it to really catch on. Also if your going to do this you should consider purchasing a performance muffler and air intake. I have a magnaflow muffler and K&N intake, all these mods together make a big difference.
