well, I would have to say that I wouldn't go with 360airintakez, reason being is that I tried to get a intake through them and even though they charded my card that same day they would give me an update on my order.

I tried to call their "Customer Service" number that is on their site and it was a fax number. I also tried emailing them serveral times with no luck. Another bad thing is that they ship through the USPS and you can't track where your package is, and if you call them to see if you can find out all they say is "sorry, cant do that"

the only time that I heard back from them was when I wrote an email said that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I could not get ahold of them through email or on the phone. Once I did this I got a reply that he contacted his post office and they were going to track the shippment and return it to him and he would give me a credit to my account.

hmmmm, they can track it when they want it back but not when the buyer wants to know where it is. That's a bunch of crap!!! So I ended up not getting it and I think that I will just go with a K & N drop in filter.

Just thought that I would let you know about my experience with 360airintakez.

It looks like you copied this from the V8 board that was posted back on 02/01/02 by BigDs02Dak

Before you post about a product make sure you tell the truth about it instead of copying someone else's posting!!!! I purchased an intake for my 2000 3.9L Dakota from them and it arrived here quick. I called them 3 times before I placed my order and was very satisfied with the customer service they have...

yeah i ordered an intake form them and waited 4 days. after that i wrote a nasty e-mail and had a response by email within 12 hours... the message was very rude and i believe that the site which is based in vegas is ot run well and works off one order at a time... this either makes for fast service or slow... and anyway after installation i am happy but the intake is kinda junky should of got the k&n

I ordered one for my Durango 5.9L R/T and it arrived pretty quick. The Ceramic Chrome looks great and the performance has defiantly increased. I am averaging around 3.7 MPG on the highway and passing speed at around 70 mp is great. I don't think it looks junky at all I had a homebrew intake on it before and that looked junky. I emailed them once and the guy was very nice and quick to answer my questions. You must of been a A$$ to them to respond rudely... LOL
