What's the bore on the v8 throttle body?

What's the bore on the fastman V6 throttle body?

Which will give me the most performance increase?

how will my MPG be affected?

Stock V6: 42-44mm (some actually came with a 46mm)
Stock V8: 48mm

Fastman V6: 46mm
Flometrics V6: 48mm

While a stock V8 TB will be a performance increase over the stock TB, the modified TB's have the advantage due to the factory "torque step" being removed (better throttle response) and better air delivery.

Anytime you can improve the efficiency of the engine, you'll increase fuel economy (to a point).
