first, i admit, i have had a ton of issues with my 98 dakota and i'm at the breaking point, this close ot trading it in!
Anyone who can help, suggest, etc -please do!

here goes:
i get in truck today, funny popping when i turn left - i get back home and lift hood, drvr side heat shield off of exh manifold is laying on the steering shaft. i think no big deal, and then i look coser! 2 studs on the head broke off, of the 4, and the4se are for the bakc 2 cylinders (the frt port has 2 studs) oh my god! Cheap material or what? 65k on the truck, i'm furious! I caLL THE DEALER, THEY'VE NEVER HEARD OF THIS, sorry -its your baby the warranty is up.

These are really tight to get too, anyone else experience thisw? i'm afraid to even drive the truck in fear of the frt 2 studs breaking off too! ruined my day, let me tel ya, don;t know how i'm gonna get to work monday, etc. %^&*!

anyone help?
