I have a 2001 Dakota -idle seems to be too low sometimes stalling going from reverse to drive. Anyone experience this? how do I adjust the idle speed?

theres no way that you can chage the idle yourself

but mabye a chip could?

truck is all stock 12k miles -it happens so rare the dealer might not be able to find it. just want to increase it a hair

Check your cap, rotor, and spark plug gap. At 12,000 my stock cap/rotor were in bad shape and the gap on the plugs was way off. Replaced the rotor/cap and plugs, idle smoothed out and came up a bit. Easy to check.
