 Subject: Single turbo question

Apparently speedtweaks is coming out with a single turbo kit for the 3.9L Magnum. My question is this, If the turbine is only attached to one exhaust manifold won't that cause problems because that side of the engine would have more backpressure than the other? Or is there something done to fix this? I've never really paid attention to how v6 turbos are setup.

You run the exhaust from one manifold to the other then all the exhaust through the turbo.
