hey
i have a 2000 v6 sport, and since the day i bought it, ive been wondering if Dakotas are suppose to have the "Door Ajar" or "Door Open" light in the cluster. ive never had it on mine and its not a problem but ive always been curious.

i think some of the slt models have all those extras... and maybe its a durango thing but all the dashes have all the "idiot" lights on them... i have seen that one on mine, plus the 4X4 one, part time 4X4 and a few others.... just good ol' dodge cutting costs

I have a 2000 CC V-6 SLT, it has the door ajar idiot light and it does work
