I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota 4wd with a 318 motor. I have a
small tube under the passages side of dash it is dripping
antifreeze onto the floor board of truck, can see it dripping why
is this happening and what can I do to fix the problem, before
carpart is soaked.

Your heater core is leaking. I don't recommend you attempt to install a new one yourself as it is a very hard job and time consuming.
