Cam - about $150- WE already have rolling cams
1.7 Roller Rockers - $200- Where for $200
I say Go w/ intake and a Flowmaster and if you can find a stage 2 jet chip on E-bay go for it. I love E-bay buy stuff on there all the time.
Also see about the TB those are supposed to help a lot but I never seem to find one that I feel like paying for
