 Subject: raped a 454 ss chevelle today.....

so this guy pulls up to me in a 454 ss with a huge blower stickin out of the hood, i rev my sixer like hell so he gets my attention, so the light turns and he takes off so hard he does a wheelie, so i nail the gas and pass him like nuthin, lol what was he thinkin? i just though id like to share that with all my fellow fire breathin sixers out there cause everyone know we can kill anything with double the hp and half the weight.

Either it's a joke, the driver of the Chevelle let you win, or he REALLY didn't know how to drive. My old BB Chevy ('76 Camaro) ran 12.2's @ 120mph (naturally aspirated).

I own a 1970 Chevelle and a 99 dakota slt v6 and all im gonna say is the chevelle is faster. Case closed, thats it, no ifs and or buts. If I were to line them up in a drag, it would be like watching a kid on pedal bike vs. a kid on a 2-stroke dirtbike....
